A longtime guest favorite in the morning for our seasonal breakfast at the West Meadow Pub. Our recipe has been handed down from generations and is still homemade with loving care each day. Be sure to grab a slice!

YIELD 1 Loaf

INGREDIENTS:

2 large eggs
1/2 cup melted margarine
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups of flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
3 ripe bananas mashed

DIRECTIONS:

Mix all ingredients together in order and bake in a greased loaf pan for one hour at 350 degrees. Let cool and gently remove from pan. Slice and serve with fresh cream cheese and fresh bananas.
