INGREDIENTS:
1/4 lb diced bacon
3/4 lb diced spanish onions
1 lb of seas clams
1 qt of water with 1/4 lb of clam base
3/4 qts of half & half
1/2 tbsp thyme
5 diced potatoes (cook separately)
1/2 lb roux
Haddock and Lobster pieces
Salt and Pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:

1. Saute bacon until brown.
2. Cook the stock base until translucent
3. Add thyme, clams, clam stock and then the half & half
4. Bring to a boil, then turn down the heat and add the roux
5. Cook for 20 minutes at a simmer
