This recipe is compliments of David Giarusso at Angelina's Ristorante on Rt 1 in Ogunquit - a spot named in honor of his family's Italian recipes. And in case you were curious - Aragosta is Lobster in Italian!

INGREDIENTS:
2 Maine Lobsters - 1 1/2 lb each
1 lb Baby Maine Shrimp
1 lb Fresh chopped sea clams (may substitute canned)
Fresh Basil
Fresh Garlic
Dry Basil
Olive Oil
Crushed Tomatoes
Roma Tomatoes
1 lb Capellini ~ Angel Hair Pasta

DIRECTIONS:
1. Start by cutting the lobsters in half from head to tail and clean out the body.
2. In a hot sauce pan, add olive oil and fresh garlic until cooked
3. Add HALF of the lobster in the shell, flesh side down
4. Saute while slowly adding baby Maine shrimp, clams and chopped Roma Tomatoes.
5. After 10 minutes of braising, add crush tomatoes, fresh basil, and dry basil
6. Simmer 15 minutes
7. While simmering, boil water for the pasta.
8. Submerge Capellini (Angel Hair) for 9-10 seconds, then strain and place in large bowl
9. Remove saute pan and place atop the pasta
10. Add fresh romano cheese if you wish and enjoy!
