This recipe is fast becoming famous, mostly because it is so versatile. Try it with any type of grilled fish, chicken or beef. And yes - it really is Clark's Mom's!

INGREDIENTS:
3 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon whole-grain mustard
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 sprigs rosemary leaves, finely chopped
1 teaspoon Kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil

DIRECTIONS:
1. Combine the sugar, red wine vinegar, balsamic vinegar, whole grain mustard, Dijon mustard, rosemary, salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Stir in the Worcestershire and soy sauce. Gradually whisk in the oils. The vinaigrette will keep covered in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Makes about 2 cups.
