Welcome!

"Of all the wonders of nature, a tree in summer is perhaps the most remarkable; with the possible exception of a moose singing "Embraceable You" in spats." ~ Woody Allen ~

While we can't guarantee that you will spot a moose in spats, we definitely have Maine's other famous critter - Lobsters. The boats have been setting sail from Perkins Cove every day and the smells of creamy lobster rolls and fresh clam chowder are back in Ogunquit. The staff is ready and waiting for your visit this season - we simply can't thank you enough for helping us celebrate our 22nd summer by the sea!

Warm wishes,
The Meadowmere Family

Across the Meadow

According to Erma Bombeck "Shopping is . . . a contact sport like football . . . the scrimmage, the noisy crowds, the danger of being trampled to death, and the ecstasy of the purchase."

We understand that you want value for your vacation - so we developed Benefits of the Meadow. Rewards just for staying with us. We see many families each summer and this year we hope you will enjoy our new attractions. Just check out our welcome board in the lobby when you arrive for the latest offers during your stay!

Joe Allen Restaurant: 10% Off Dinner with your Meadowmere Resort Card during your stay. You might recognize the name - it's the sister restaurant to Joe Allen and Orso in New York and LA and was featured on NBC's Today Show. We even got the Chef to autograph a menu just for fun! Come enjoy this little comfortable place - it's delicious!

The Links at Outlook: A bit of Scotland in New England and a fun, family run atmosphere. From July 1 through August 31, 2005, our guests can golf 18 holes with cart for only $50. Simply present your Meadowmere Resort Card during stays!

HydiGolf: Learn the game of golf onsite! Our guests can now take golf lessons right outside their door. From July 1 through October 31, 2005, enjoy onsite Glide Ball Golf lessons - one hour of personal instruction at the Meadowmere. How fun - the game of golf comes to you!

By the Sea

"Thanks to the Interstate Highway System, it is now possible to travel from coast to coast without seeing anything." Charles Kuralt

We hope this summer, you can find your way to Ogunquit. Our little village is just over 1 hour from Boston and our Resort is just south of the village center- no need to fight traffic through town. Just park and begin to relax - there's plenty to do!

West Meadow Pub: Our little comfortable pub features entertainment each Saturday night - from Karaoke to Keyboards. Last year, we introduced a rum punch for our 21st anniversary. Folks enjoyed this tasty mango pineapple drink so much that it is now a permenant part of our summer drink specials. Right along side the long time favorite frozen oasis drinks - served in our collector's cups!

Lex & Joe: It might be Monday Blues, but it's not the end to the weekend fun! Each and every Monday of summer, enjoy the blues sound of Lex & Joe at Joe Allen Restaurant. Catch a burger and some great music at this Meadowmere Affiliate.

Ogunquit Playhouse: Did you know our little village playhouse was featured in Newsweek Magazine for summer stock theatre? How surprised we were to see our favorite playhouse in print! Of course, we have known about this gem for quite some time. This year features great productions: Forever Plaid, AIDA, Swing!, Nunsensations, and The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas (Yes - the rumors are true! Sally Struthers is back!). Check out our online event calendar for what's on stage when you are here.
