INGREDIENTS:
1 #10 can artichoke hearts/rough cut
3 lbs crabmeat
6 cups shredded parmesan
4 tsp dry dill
2 Tbsp granulated garlic
2 Tbsp white pepper 
6 cups mayonnaise

DIRECTIONS: Mix all ingredients together lightly in large bowl until thoroughly combined. Serve with warm crostini or gourmet torilla flatbread chips. Recipe is enough for 24 people - adjust proportionally if needed.
